   Spire sends a validation notice that describes the debt and your rights. If you have not received one, ask for it before you make any payment.

   Call us back using a number you verified

   If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from Spire, hang up and call us back at the phone number on our Contact page. Legitimate debt collectors will not object to this.
